Day Trip to Denman May 11th 19

Early on a sunny day 16 Ponthir W.I. ladies left Ponthir for Denman. We were greeted when we arrived with much needed coffee / tea and biscuits. 

We then met Natalie Green who demonstrated how to make a button brooch, a material brooch and a tassel. 

After a lovely lunch with wine, we were given a tour of Denman, visiting bedrooms, demonstration rooms and the bar. We had a short time to look around the grounds before returning to the bus for our journey home, after a truly excellent day.
